User: Anyone utilizing Peassist for payments to third parties. Payee: The recipient of payments through Peassist. Payer: The entity initiating payments via Peassist. Products: Services bought/sold through Peassist. Service Provider: Financial institutions collaborating with Peassist to facilitate services. Transaction: A payment instruction leading to successful fund transfer. User Eligibility: By using our services, you confirm being 18 or older and legally capable of forming contracts. Both you and your payee/payer must meet legal contract requirements. You represent having the necessary authority to use Peassist and comply with all relevant laws and regulations. These Terms complement service provider agreements and our Privacy Policy, requiring your acceptance for continued use. Registration: Accessing our services demands registration with Peassist and affiliated service providers. Your accurate and complete information is crucial for registration. Any discrepancies may lead to rejection or termination of access. Upon registration, a user account is created with specific credentials, for which you're responsible. Use of Services Confidentiality and Security: Users are obligated not to disclose or exploit non-public information gained through Peassist. If legally compelled to divulge such information, users must promptly inform Peassist and cooperate within the bounds of the law. Peassist may access and disclose user information if legally mandated or to protect its rights and users' safety. Intellectual Property Rights: All content on the website, including trademarks and logos, belongs to or is licensed by Peassist. Users are prohibited from unauthorized use or exploitation of this content without prior written consent from Peassist Fees: Users agree to pay the fees as agreed upon for Peassist services. Transaction fees and service taxes per successful transaction will be deducted by Peassist. All other charges are the responsibility of the user, unless agreed otherwise.
